Example texts right of withdrawal / reflection period
It is mandatory to inform your customers about the right of withdrawal, not only within the general terms and conditions, but also outside them on a customer service page. If you do not do this, the right of withdrawal is extended until you have informed the customer. As a result, your customer may still be allowed to return 9 months after purchase. Model withdrawal form
By law, every webshop is required to provide a model withdrawal form. Even if your customers can simply report returns by e-mail, it is obligatory to also provide this form as an option. Failure to do so will extend the customer's cooling-off period. So from a legal perspective, it is important to put this form on your online store.
